Exhibitors are fully responsible for damages to third parties, stands (Booths), property, health / injury or death. In this sense, the Health Matters Convention – OIS and the Hotel Estival Torrequebrada, where appropriate, should be considered third party beneficiaries.
There will be insurance in the name of the Oleocanthal International Society that will cover the entire event for the Organizers.
The responsibility of the Exhibitors (booth) extends to their staff and or other people who work under their authority.
Neither the Health Matters Convention – OIS nor the Hotel Estival Torrequebrada will be responsible for damages and losses suffered by exhibitors during the exhibition, including installation and dismantling. It is strongly recommended to take out insurance accordingly.
The security of the event is in charge of the Authorities of the Hotel Estival Torrequebrada.
